湖南主导常规稻与引进稻品种的SSR多样性差异

【摘要】 采用 SSR 分子标记对10个从国外引进的水稻资源、22个从外省引进的品种、湖南省2004年以前选育的 64个主导常规水稻品种的遗传多样性进行了比较研究。结果发现,49个 SSR 位点上有48个 SSR 位点具有多态性。这48个位点共检测出187个多态位点,每个 SSR 位点能检测到2~7个,平均为3.9个。187个多态位点的基因频率变化范围为0.0053~0.5888。结果表明:(1)SSR 标记不仅能有效地进行籼粳分类和品种鉴定,而且还能较好地揭示品种间的亲缘关系;(2)品种间的遗传差异与选育种植区的关系较明显,但是,SSR 标记揭示的结果与其系谱分析不完全一致;(3)湖南育成的常规水稻品种的遗传基础随着品种数目增加而有了一定的积累。但是,20世纪90年代育成的品种数多达32个,其遗传基础并不比外省22个品种或外国10个品种资源广; (4)43个早籼稻品种彼此之间遗传关系相对较近。应重视引进创新广适、稳产的高产优质早籼稻资源;4个中籼品种间彼此遗传关系较远,可作亲本利用。
【Abstract】 The genetic diversity among 10 introduction rice germplasm from foreign contries,and 22 introduction rice cultivars from different provinces,64 Hunan rice cultivars which had been bred and popularized in Hunan province from 1984~2004,was investigated by using 49 simple sequence re- peats(SSR)markers located on 12 chromosomes.48 out of 49 SSR loci were polymorphism.A total of 187 alleles had been detected in 96 cultivars on the 48 SSR loci.At each SSR locus,2 to 7 alleles could be detected,with an average of 3.9.The gene frequency varied from 0.005 3 to 0.588 8.It indi- cated that(1)SSR markers play an important role in variety identification and study of genetic diversi- ty;(2)The result of classification was corresponding to the distribution of region but was not corre- sponding absolutely to origin and the pedigree;(3)the genetic diversity had the tendency of increasing with a number of variety increasing,and the greater genetic diversity among introduction rice cultivars was presented;(4)The genetic distance among 43 early season indica rice was the smaller and the ge- netic distance among 4 medium season indica rice was the greater,we should pay more attention to ex- ploiting early season indica germplasm.
