玉米幼胚培养胚性愈伤的影响因素分析

【摘要】 通过对5个玉米自交系的幼胚进行离体培养,研究不同基因型、不同培养条件对幼胚离体培养的反应,同时对愈伤诱导率与继代力的关系进行探讨分析。结果表明,5个自交系材料在相同培养条件下其愈伤诱导率存在显著或极显著差异。2,4-D 用量对愈伤诱导率的影响显著,NAA 的添加不能显著提高愈伤诱导率。愈伤组织的诱导率和继代力之间相关不显著,二者可能受不同的遗传因子所控制。
【Abstract】 5 maize inbred lines were studied for the induction percentage of immature embryogeneic callus in this experiment.Different ge- neotypes and different induction mediums were evaluated.The relationship between induction percentage and subculture percentage was an- alyzed.The results show:there are significant differences among the different induction percentage of 5 maize inbred lines on the same con- ditions.The content of 2,4-D in the induction mediums have an evident effect on the callus induction percentage of immature embryo.The accession of NAA to the induction mediums can not increase the induction percentage of embryogenic callus evidently.The correlation be- tween embryogenic callus induction percentage and subculture percentage did not reach to significant level at this experiment,this indicates that embryogenic callus induction percentage and emhryogenic callus subculture percentage may be controlled by different genetic factors.
