【摘要】 利用 RAPD 分子标记技术,对来自 COSTASEM 育种所的两个蓖麻杂交组合的亲本 （CS-R6、CS-RD181和 CS-R63、CS-R268）和它们的杂交种（CS-R6．181（F₁）和 CS-R63.268（F₁））,共计六个材料进行了遗传多态性分析,结果显示了丰富的遗传多态性;通过对遗传距离的计算,说明杂种优势的产生不是遗传距离越大越好,适当的遗传距离即可产生较高的杂种优势:在对供试材料单株的 RAPD 扩增结果分析表明:法国蓖麻杂交种及其亲本各材料内植株间在遗传上具有异质性。更多还原

【Abstract】 By RAPD,the rich genetic polymorphism were surveyed between parents CS-R6 and CS-RD181,CS-R63 and CS-R268,and their hybrids（CS-R6.181（F₁）,CS-R63.268（F₁））.By calculating genetic distance,it was suggested that the appropriate genetic distance could bring about the stronger heterosis while not the lager distance.Castor material had displayed the genetic heteroplasmy using RAPD marker analyzing the individuale.更多还原
