玉米花生间作复合体系光合特性的研究

【摘要】 试验以单作玉米和单作花生为对照,研究了间作玉米花生功能叶片的光合速率、PS Ⅱ的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和 PSⅡ的实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)的日变化特点以及叶绿素含量。结果表明,间作提高了玉米、花生叶绿素含量,间作玉米花生的光合速率日变化呈单峰曲线,中午达到最大值;玉米东侧功能叶片的光合速率,上午间作明显大于单作,下午与之相反;间作明显提高了玉米阴天和晴天的光合速率,却明显降低了花生光合速率;在晴天, 间作玉米花生的 Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ日变化呈倒抛物线,上午间作玉米的 Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ明显大于单作的,下午与之相反,间作明显提高了花生的 Fv/Fm,中午间作花生的ΦPSⅡ低于单作花生的, 上午和下午与之相反;在阴天,间作玉米的 Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ除中午低于单作玉米外,上午和下午均大于单作玉米的,间作花生的 Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ全天均高于单作花生的,说明玉米花生间作提高了花生对弱光的吸收利用效率。
【Abstract】 Intercropping is used in many parts of the world for high production of food and feed.In general,intercropping has been shown to be more productive than monocropping.It was mainly because natural resources,such as light,heat,water and fertilizer,were intensive utilized in intercropping system.Many researches indicated that intercropping increased the using efficiency of light,above 20 percent,it resulted from that intercropping increased chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate in the process of seed grouting.Maize-peanut intercropped was an importance kind of intercropping pattern,which was extended speedy.There were many researches on intercropping pattern,field microclimate,yield benefit and ameliorated peanut iron nutrition in maize-peanut intercropping system.But there were few researches on the using efficiency of light from the photosynthetic characteristic of compound population.This experiment was carried out to investigate the diurnal change characters of photosynthetic rate, actual photochemical efficiency of photosystem Ⅱ(ΦPSⅡ),maximum photochemical efficiency of photosystem Ⅱ(Fv/Fm)in the intercropping system of maize-peanut,as well as chlorophyll content. It was showed:intercropping enhanced the chlorophyll content of intercropped maize-peanut;the diurnal change of intercr ped maize-peanut photosynthetic rate was single peak curve,it reached Max.at noon,the photosynthetic rate of intercropped maize(the east leaf of spike in the east row) was higher than that of sole cropped maize(the east leaf of spike in a row)in a.m.,just the reverse in p.m.(Fig1,Fig3),intercropping obviously enhanced the photosynthetic rate of maize in sunshine and cloudy days,but decreased peanut photosynthetic rate;In sunshine days,the diurnal variations of intercropped maize-peanut Fv/Fm,ΦPSⅡwere converse parabola,the Fv/Fm,ΦPSⅡof intercropped maize were much higher than those of sole cropped maize in a.m.,just the reverse in p.m.(Fig4,Fig7),intercropping markedly enhanced Fv/Fm of peanut(Fig5),the ΦPSⅡof intercropped peanut was higher than that of sole cropped peanut except for at noon in a day(Fig8). In cloudy day,the Fv/Fm,ΦPSⅡof intercropped maize were much lower than those of sole cropped maize except for at noon in a day,but the Fv/Fm,ΦPSⅡof intercropped peanut were much higher than those of sole cropped peanut(Fig6,Fig9),this showed that intercropped maize-peanut improved the efficiency of peanut absorbing and using non-strong light.
