施氮时期对地膜春小麦叶片衰老指标的影响

Effect of Nitrogenous Application Stage on the Leaves Senescence of Spring Wheat Mulched with Plastic Films

【摘要】 采用管栽模拟试验的方法,研究了不同施氮时期地膜春小麦叶片的叶绿素、蛋白质、丙二醛含量和细胞质膜相对透性。结果表明:在分蘖期、拔节期、孕穗期追肥处理叶片叶绿素含量比对照不追肥分别增加125.0%、70.83%和52.08%;施氮后15~20d,叶片蛋白质含量迅速上升,明显高于不追肥处理;施氮处理和不施氮处理比较,分蘖期、拔节期、孕穗期叶片丙二醛含量和电导率均比不施氮处理低,在拔节期、孕穗期施氮处理叶片的电导率比不施氮处理分别低5.21%和8.27%。

【Abstract】 The effect of nitrogen application at different growth stages on chlorophyll content, soluble protein content,the malondialdehyde(MDA)content and the relative conductivity of leaves for spring wheat Mulched with Plastic Films were determined by using simulated tube cultivation.The results indicated that the chlorophyll content in leaves were relatively increased 125.0%,70.83% and 52.08% as supplement nitrogenous application at tillering stage,jointing stage and booting stage than no supplement nitrogenous application.During 15~20d after supplement nitrogenous application,the soluble protein content in leaves were rapidly increased and higher than no supplement nitrogenous application.Compared supplement nitrogenous application with that without,the malondialdehyde(MDA)content and the relative conductivity of spring wheat leaves at tillering stage,jointing stage and booting stage were lower than that without supplement nitrogenous application.The relative conductivity at jointing stage and booting stage were relatively lower 5.21% and 8.27% than no supplement nitrogenous application.
