光盘信息坑散射光强的测量

【摘要】 波导多层存储是一种基于新原理的三维光存储新技术,它利用波导缺陷的光散射效应读出数据,因此如何对光盘信息坑散射光强的进行测量是波导多层存储须解决的关键技术之一。本文介绍了利用光学共轭技术测量光盘单个信息坑散射光强的实验原理,并给出了采用光电倍增管测量光盘信息坑散射光强的实验结果。初步实验结果表明利用本装置是可以检测光盘有无信息坑时散射光强的变化,并且实验所测出信息坑的大小与理论值一致。
【Abstract】 Waveguide multiplayer optical memory is a kind of new 3D optical memory based on new principle, and it can read the data by utilizing the effect of light scatter of Waveguide defect. So how to measure the light scattered from the information pit is key technique which must be dealt with. This paper introduce the experiment principle of measuring the scattering light from the signal information pit, using the technique of optical conjugation, and present the experiment result of scattering light measured by photomultiplier .The elementary experiment result proved that this experiment set can measure the light change of existing a information pit or not, and the length of the information pit which was measured in this experiment is corresponding with the theory value.
