复合扫描全息术原理及用于生物医学成像性能研究

【摘要】 研究嵌埋在强散射介质中的吸收体三维成像。介绍了光学扫描全息术原理。针对由成像物体强散射背景产生的背景噪音,提出复合扫描全息术成像方法。实验中应用这一方法,对嵌埋在浓度为1%,深度为1.7cm的脂肪乳剂中的吸收体成像,得到了信噪比和对比度较好的再现像。介绍了复合扫描全息术的基本原理,实验装置和方法,显示了实验结果,特别是对重建像的信噪比、对比度及分辨率等性能指标进行了理论分析。
【Abstract】 The 3D imaging through highly scattering media is researched. The principle of the optical scanning holography is introduced. The background noise of the reconstructed images is resulted from the highly scattering background of the absorbing object, A novel method termed as the composite scanning holography is proposed to reduce the artifacts. By this method,the experiments on absorbers embedded in the intralipid solution with concentration of 1% and depth of 1.7cm are implemented. The reconstructed images with good-quality, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and contrast are obtained. The principle、experimental units and methods of the composite scanning holography are introduced. The experimental results are showed. And the performances of composite scanning holography,such as SNR,contrast and resolution power are analyzed.
