高温胁迫下早稻不同品种秧苗根系的生理差异研究

【摘要】 高温胁迫和常温下,对比研究早稻不同耐热品种秧苗根系生理差异。结果表明:耐热品种与热敏感品种受高温胁迫时,根系生理差异明显。高温胁迫期间,耐热品种农大228的秧苗根系POD、CAT、SOD、ATPase活性均提高,082除SOD活性与对照比有所下降,其他与对照略有增加;热敏感品种茉莉占和协青早B均比对照显著下降。结果说明,在一定的热激条件下,其秧苗根系POD、CAT、SOD活性和ATPase活性有所提高,是水稻品种耐高温特性的表现。
【Abstract】 The diversity of physiological activities in seedling roots of varieties of early rice with different heat resistancewas studied under the high and nomal temperature conditions. The results showed that under the high temerperature, theactivities including POD, CAT,SOD and ATPase in seedling roots of the heat resistance variety, Nongda228, were all in-creased, and those of 082 were also increased except for its SOD activity; While those of the heat sensitivity varieties, Mol-izhan and Xieqinzao B, were all decreased obviously than their antitheses. Therefore, the increasing of POD, CAT, SODand ATPase activities in seedling roots of rices under the high temperature stress was a characteristic of the heat resistancevariety.
