兼抗白粉病、黄矮病多基因聚合小麦新种质的分子标记检测
Molecular Marker Detection of Wheat Plants with Pm4,Pm13,Pm21 Conferring Resistance to Powdery mildew and Bdv2 Conferring Resistance to BYDV

【摘要】 利用与抗白粉病基因Pm4、Pm13、Pm21共分离的特异PCR标记、抗黄矮病基因Bdv2的特异SCAR标记SC—W37,对Pm4+Pm13+Pm21及Bdv2四个抗性基因转育的小麦BC2F2代植株进行检测,初步筛选到Pm4+Pm21+Bdv2、Pm13+Pm21+Bdv2 3个抗性基因聚合的兼抗白粉、黄矮病的植株各1个,Pm13+Bdv2、Pm21+Bdv2 2个抗性基因聚合的兼抗白粉、黄矮病的植株各1、6个,但没筛选到4个抗性基因聚合的植株。本研究说明了分子标记可以实现对几个抗病基因的精确、随时的同时鉴定,快速选育出具有多个抗病基因的累加体,为培育持久、广谱抗性品种提供材料和方法。
【Abstract】 The specific PCR markers of the powdery mildew resistance genes Pm4. Pm13. Pm21, and the SCARmarker of the BYDV resistance gene Bdv2 were used to identify ther resistance genes in BC2F2 plants from crossing combi-nation between the wheat germplasm pyramiding Pm4+Pm13+Pm21 and the wheat line containing Bdv2. The results in-dicated that there were 3 types of BC2F2 plants, including resistance plants possessing 3 resistance genes and 2 resistancegenes respectively and 1 susceptible plant without any resistance gene. The resistant plants included 1 plant possessingPm4+Pm21+Bdv2, 1 plant possessing Pm13+Pm21+Bdv2, 1 plant possessing Pm13+Bdv2, 6 plants possessingPm21+Bdv2 genes. The study showed that molecular merker could quickly and accurately detect pyramiding resistancegenes, and provide valuable resistant materials and method in wheat breeding.
