两系杂交水稻不育系应用的安全性对策探讨

【摘要】 光温敏雄性不育系的不育性稳定性关系到两系杂交水稻应用的安全性,在当前大规模进行两系或超级杂交稻产业化过程中应受到各级部门的高度重视。本文总结了近十年来对光温敏不育系育性生态、遗传研究的理论与实践,认为光温敏不育系的不育临界温度性状是能够稳定遗传的。并提出安全型不育系选育、鉴定、生产和管理上的系列对策和实用技术,供新一轮两系杂交水稻育种研究与应用中参考。

【Abstract】 The sterility stability problem of photo-thermal sensitive male sterile rice lines ls concerned with the secur-ity of two-line hybrid rice application, it should have been paid especially paramount attentions under the present large scaleindustrialization of two-line or super hybrid rice. The theory and practice of ecological and inheritance researches of malesterility has been summarized in this paper, we consider that, the threshold temperature character of male sterility in thephoto-thermal sensitive male sterile rice lines could be stably inherited. Then a series of counteracts and applicable tech-niques to breeding, evaluation and management of security guaranteed male rice lines have been put forward, these will behelpful for the new round breeding and application of two-line hybrid rice.
