高油玉米籽粒性状的QTL定位
QTL mapping for kernel traits in high-oil maize

【摘要】 玉米是我国的主要粮食作物,也是世界上第二大粮食作物。含油量超过6%的玉米,即被认为是高油玉米、高油玉米的籽粒大小、籽粒含油量和百粒重与普通玉米有着较大的差异。本文以高油玉米By804和普通玉米B73杂交后代F3群体作为作图群体,通过对439对SSR引物的筛选,共获得153个共显性标记,构建了一张含150个标记、长度为1759.1cM的连锁图谱在此基础上采用复合区间作图法将粒长、粒宽、长宽比、百粒重和籽粒含油量等相关基因定位在染色体上。这些结果将对基因的图位克隆和高油玉米分子标记辅助选择具有重要的作用。
【Abstract】 Maize is not only one of the most important cereal crop over the world, but also is a leadingcereal crop in China. Oil concentration of high-oil maize is over 6%. There was great difference in kernel size,oil concentration and 100-kernel weight between normal corn and high-oil maize. The objectives of thepresent study were to construct high-density genetic map by 150 SSR markers, the size of which was1759.1 cM, identify QTL for kernel size, oil concentration and 100-kernel weight, with a large scale F3populations derived from By804×B73 using composite interval mapping, and evaluate these QTL effects.These results will do great help to map-based cloning of these genes, and marker-assisted selection in high-oilmaize breeding.
