优质弱筋专用小麦籽粒品质形成的生理生态机制与调优栽培技术

【摘要】 本文分析总结了近年来江苏省在优质弱筋专用小麦籽粒品质形成的生理生态机制与品质调优质技术途径等领域的研究成果,重点阐述了籽粒淀粉和蛋白质合成的底物供应与关键酶活性在调控弱筋专用小麦籽粒品质形成中的生理机制,分析了品质性状的品种间变异,并进一步研究了密度、肥料、渍水与生长调节物质等对弱筋专用小麦籽粒品质的影响,提出弱筋专用小麦品质调优的适宜密度和肥料运筹方式。

【Abstract】 Progresses in physiological and ecological mechanism of grain quality formation and qualityregulation approaches in Jiangsu Province, China were concluded in the present paper.The regulation roles ofsubstrate supply as well as key enzymes involved in grain starch and protein synthesis were specialized toelucidate the physiological mechanism of wheat quality formation. Variation of quality traits with wheatvarieties was introduced. Furthermore, impacts of sowing density fertilization, waterlogging and plant growthregulation substances on quality formation of weak-gluten specialty wheat were especially investigated. Theoptimum sowing density and fertilization regime were concluded for super quality weak-g1uten specialty wheat.
