【Abstract】 The basic medium proposed by Kwintkowski et al in 1991 is the best medium for rapid propagation of the in vitro plantlets of potato cultivar Zihuabai. Comparing to the other 4 media, it has the advantages of low production cost, high propagation ratio, and low contamination ratio, and ensure the plantlets to be healthy.
