生防细菌对马铃薯青枯病的防病增产作用研究

【摘要】 将对青枯病原细菌具有离体抑菌活性的枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)菌株0702-2、GP7-13制成粉状制剂,用于马铃薯种薯播前处理,进行田间小区试验。在湖北恩施病地上对马铃薯青枯病的防效,GP7-13可达73.9%~89.7%,0702可达60.9%~88.2%;在北京郊区南口和河北张北县的无病地上对马铃薯的促生增产作用,GP7-13可达17.3%~60.3%;0702可达26.9%~61.2%。此二生防菌剂还可明显增加每穴马铃薯主茎数和大中薯率。

【Abstract】 Two Bacillus subtilis isolates GP7-13 and 0702, which showed inhibition activity on Ralstonia solanacearum in vitro, were applied for treatment of potato seedtubers prior to planting in field tests. The two bacillus preparations performed good control effect in BW infected fields in Enshi region of Hubei province: GP7 - 13 showed BW control effective rate ranged from 73.9 % - 89.7 % , whereas 0702 gave 60.9 % -88.2 % control effects. These preparations gave statistically significant yield increasing effect in BW free potato cropping areas at Zhangbei county of Hebei province and at Nankou of Beijing suburbs. The increase rate of fresh tuber weight ranged from 17.3% -60.3% in GP7-13 treatment plots and from 26.9%-61.2% in 0702 treatment plots, respectively. These two bacillus preparations might significantly increase main stem numbers per hill and commercial tuber rate.
