Bt转基因玉米株系T123抗螟性和主要农艺性状的鉴定分析
Evaluation of Bt Transgenic Line T123 and Its Hybrid on Resistance to Corn Borer and Performance of Agronomic Traits

【摘要】 以玉米幼胚和愈伤组织为受体,利用基因枪法将B1基因GFMCrylA导入玉米杂交种“京玉7号(501/京24)”的亲本自交系501中,从转基因高世代材料中筛选出高抗玉米螟的转基因株系T123。T123及其与京24配制的杂交种的田间食叶级别均小于2级,而且也没有观察到玉米螟在茎杆中运动的隧道,表现出高抗玉米螟。此外,对自交系501、转基因株系T123及其杂交种的农艺性状进行了田间鉴定,方差分析的结果表明,在产量等主要农艺性状中,除株高、穗位高外,转基因株系T123及其杂交种与相应对照间均没有表现显著差异。
【Abstract】 The immature embryos and callus of elite inbred 501, one of the parents of commercial hybrid "Jingyu 7 (501/Jing 24)", were bombarded with the plasmid carrying GFMCry1A by microprojectile bombardment. From the advanced progeny of transgenic plants carrying Bt gene, Transgenic line T123 was selected. The evaluation result of leaf-feeding damage degree and stalk tunneling indicated T123 and its hybrid of T123/Jing 24 exhibited more resistant to corn borer than the non-transgenic controls in field. Field experiment was conducted in 2004 to evaluate the agronomic traits of transgenic lines and their control. ANOVA analysis results showed that difference of plant height and ear height was significant, while no difference was found as to the following traits: anthesis and silking stage, ear length, ear diameter, rows per ear, kernel number per row, 100-kernel weight and grain yield.
