【摘要】 本文建立了可行的玉米胚性愈伤组织农杆菌介导转化体系。并通过农杆菌介导法将植物表达载体pCAMBIA1302-tha转入玉米自交系18—599R的胚性愈伤组织,经过组培筛选,已获得转基因植株。提取转基因植株的总DNA,经PCR、PCR—Southern和Southern杂交证实,标记基因Thaumatin已整合到玉米基因组中。更多还原

【Abstract】 For forming a feasible transformation system of mediated vai Agrobucterium tumefaciens, we transformed the botanic expressing vector Pcambial302-tha into the maize inbred lines 18-599(Hong)via agrobacterium LBA4404. Then the transgenic plants were gained. It was confirmed that the target gene has been integrated into the genome of transgenic maize by PCR, PCR-Southern and Southern biltting analysis.
