玉米高密度SSR分子连锁图谱的构建

【摘要】 随着分子标记技术的发展,利用分子标记技术构建连锁图谱,并利用建立的图谱进行数量性状基因的定位研究是近几年来分子标记技术应用研究的热点。本研究利用SSR分子标记技术并利用作图软件构建高密度的玉米遗传连锁图谱,图谱上共拟合146个SSR标记,共覆盖整个玉米基因组的1666cM,标记间平均间距为11.4cM。该图谱的构建为今后数量性状基因的定位研究及标记辅助选择打下基础。
【Abstract】 It has been a hot spot in the application study of molecular marker technique to construct linkage map and to locate quantitative traits loci with the map in the recent years。SSR molecular marker technique and mapping software were used to construct a high-density linkage map of maize in this research. Totally, 146 SSR loci were included and 1666cM of the maize genome were covered with the average distance of 11.4 cM. The construction of this map may lay a foundation for QTL mapping and marker assisted selection for some characters.
