爆裂与普通玉米自交系间的遗传关系及杂种优势预测研究

【摘要】 以来源于6个基础材料的6个爆裂玉米自交系和分属5个杂种优势类群的9个普通玉米自交系为材料,分析了两个试点54个爆×普杂交组合的穗粒重的配合力和杂种优势,利用SSR标记分析了供试自交系的遗传多样性、GD、GH、SH及其与穗拉重的相关关系。结果表明:54个爆×普组合的SCA和对照优势存在显著差异;爆裂与普通玉米自交系间的遗传差异较大,供试自交系爆裂玉米自交系分为5类,分类结果与育种实践和系谱来源基本一致;两个试点阳性标记的筛选结果不一致,利用GD、GH、SH尚不足以预测爆裂与普通玉米自交系间的杂种优势。
【Abstract】 The combining ability of 54 crosses and their heterosis above CK popcorn hybrid Yubao 2 for kernel weight per ear at two locations were analyzed, which were made from 6 popcorn inbreds derived from 6 different varieties and 9 normal maize inbreds representing 5 heterosis groups according to NCⅡ genetic design, and the SSR polymorphism among 15 inbreds, and their GD, GH and SH were estimated. The results showed that the combining ability and heterosis of the 54 crosses for kernel weight per ear were significantly different. There was great genetic difference between popcorn and normal inbreds, but the genetic diversity among popcorn inberds was low compared with normal maize inbreds. 6 popcorn inberds were classified into 5 groups, which corresponded with their pedigree and popcorn breeding practice. The positive markers were different in the two locations, and the he?erosis of kernel weight per ear between popcorn and normal inbreds could not be predicted effectively using GD, GH and SH only.
