【摘要】 对普通玉米、糯玉米、甜玉米、高油玉米花粉的蛋白质、总糖、核酸、氨基酸及维生素等营养成分的含量进行了测定与分析,发现玉米花粉的营养成分含量比较高,不同类型玉米花粉的营养成分含量存在一定差异。糯玉米花粉的蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素A、维生素C、胡萝卜素的含量高于其它类型玉米花粉,特别是糯玉米花粉的赖氨酸、色氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸含量最高。从营养的角度来看,糯玉米花粉是较为优良的花粉。更多还原

【Abstract】 Evaluation and analysis were carried out on nutritive components such as protein, total glycoses, nucleic acid, amino acid and vitamin in pollen of dent, waxy, sweet and high-oil corn. The nutrilive components are high in corn pollen. There exist differences in nutritive components of pollen in different corn. It is showed that contents of protein, amino acids, V_A, V_C and carotin are higher than other corn pollen. In additional, waxy corn pollen is the highest in lysine, trptophan, valine and leucine amongst the four corn types. Waxy corn pollen is the elite pollen in nutriology.更多还原
