重离子束对玉米自交系的诱变效应研究

【摘要】 利用中国原子能科学研究院HI-13串列加速器产生的7Li和12C重离子束对玉米自交系478干种子进行辐照,研究重离子辐照玉米种子的诱变效应。结果表明:1)所用能量和剂量的重离子7Li和12C对种子的田间出苗率无明显影响;2)重离子7Li和12C辐照,引起根尖细胞染色体结构变异。主要出现微核、染色体桥、断片和落后染色体等变异细胞,以诱发微核为主。随着离子辐照剂量的增加,染色体畸变细胞率呈增加的趋势;3)重离子7Li和12C辐照可引起当代基因组DNA水平上的变异,一定范围内变异频率与注入剂量有关,在相同剂量下7Li离子辐照的诱变率高于12C离子辐照的。

【Abstract】 In order to study the mutagenic effects, the dry maize seeds of inbred line 478 are irradiated with 7Li and 12C heavy ions which produced by HI-13 tandem accelerator of China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE). The main results are as follows: 1) The effects of heavy ions 7Li and 12C irradiation on the rate of emergence are insignificant; 2) The irradiation of 7Li and 12C may change the chromosomal structure of the root tip cell. The aberrations of the root tip cell mitosis are observed, including micronucleus, chromosome fragment and bridge, lagging chromosome, but main change is micronucleus. The rate of cells with chromosomal aberration induced by heavy ion irradiation is increased with the increasing doses. 3) The irradiation of 7Li and 12C can induce genomic DNA variation. The variation percentages, within a certain limit, related to irradiation dosage. At the same dosage, the mutagenetic percentage of 7Li is. higher than that of 12C.
