DA-6对水稻幼苗抗冷性的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了不同浓度(1.0、5.0、10、20μg/L)的DA-6溶液浸种对水稻幼苗抗冷性的影响,结果表明,用适当浓度的DA-6浸种可提高冷害水稻幼苗的存活率,减少电解质渗漏,提高膜保护酶SOD、CAT的活性,降低脂质过氧化产物-MDA的积累,缓解蛋白质降解速度,增加可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量,提高冷害幼苗的叶绿素含量、光合速率和根系活力,从而提高水稻幼苗的抗寒性,其中10μg/L浓度的效果最好。

【Abstract】 The seed of rice (Oryza sativa L. ) was treated with 1.0-20μg/L DA-6 solution, the effects of DA - 6 on cold resistance of rice seedling were studied. It was found that the survive percentage of seedling under cold stress was increased, electrolyte leakage and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents were decreaed,and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) ,cata;ase (CAT)were enhanced and the decomposition rates of chlorophyll, protein and Soluble sugar were slower, and prolioe content, photosyn-thetic rate , rooting ability were increased . The results showed that DA-6 enhaned cold resistance of rice seedling, and 10μg/L DA-6 treatment was rather better.
