利用体细胞无性系变异筛选水稻株1S矮秆突变体研究

【摘要】 水稻株1S为目前生产上广为推广的籼型低温敏核雄性不育系,但植株偏高。以幼穗和成熟胚为外植体经组织培养成功建立了体细胞无性系,结合愈伤组织多代培养和化学物质诱导,获得了高达40%以上的体细胞无性系变异,并从中选育出遗传稳定的株1S矮秆突变体SV5、SV10和SV14。矮秆突变体SV14配合力强,杂种优势明显,较对照增产10%以上,具有较大的应用价值。
【Abstract】 Zhu 1S is an indica male sterile line which was bred lately and widely used because of its low critical temperature of fertility and high ability of resisitance, wide cross - compatibility. But it is higher than expected. Somaclonal lines were established by culturing explants including young inflorescence and mature embryos. Variantes were obtained from somaclonal lines by subculturing these calli and treading them with chemical reagent. The variation percentage is above 40% . Somaclonal variant lines, SV5,SV10 and SV14, were selected out from variantes above. They are dwarfing variants and can inherit stably. Dwarfing variant SV14 have obvious superiority in hybridization ability and hybrid yield.it can been spreaded widely in rice production.
