玉米基因工程与抗虫玉米育种

【摘要】 本文概述了转基因育种的意义和国内外玉米转基因育种的现状。从转化受体的筛选、外源基因导入的方法、基因枪法转化玉米的技术等方面,全面介绍了玉米遗传转化的技术体系。本文还介绍了中国农大转基因抗虫玉米(Bt)育种的进展,讨论了转基因玉米育种的问题和发展前景。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the significance of genetic engineering and the domestic and foreign situations of genetic engineering are briefly related; the genetic transformation system of maize in all aspects including the selection of transformation recipient, the methods of introducing foreign genes, transformation technique by the microprojectile bombardments of a particle gun and so on are introduced; the advancements of transgenic (Bt) maize breeding for insect resistance are demonstrated, and the bright prospects and problems of the transgenic maize breeding are discussed.
