【Abstract】 The development of the methods of genetic experiments for detection of QTL system in plants was reviewed in the present paper. The mixed major gene plus polygene genetic model was established and considered as the general model of the quantitative traits while the pure major gene model and pure polygene model were the specific ones to the general model. Based on it, there were developed the methods of genetic experiments for detection of QTL system and estimation of gene effects through utilizing the progenies of a pair of pure line parents, as well as the respective statistical procedure. An example was given for the illustration of the principles and procedures of the above method.更多还原
