【摘要】 科学技术政策是各级政府在一定历史时期内为实现科学技术发展战略而制定的用于处理科学技术及相关领域各种关系的行动准则和对策措施。在《中国期刊全文数据库》中,目前可以检索到1978年至2007年发表的科学技术政策研究论文1400余篇,其中技术政策研究文献接近半数。对这些论文进行篇名主题项分期统计的结果显示,科学技术政策研究的基本主题在不同的时段上有一定的差异。为了推进中国科学技术政策研究的稳步发展, 在今后一个时期,需要实施强化学科建设、整合学术资源、组建研究实体、培育后备人才等多方位的对策措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Science and technology (S&T) policy is the action rule and countermeasure,which is taken for dealing with the various relationships of S&T and related fields to accomplish scientific and technological development strategy the by governments at all levels."CNKI" can be retrieved more than 1,400 articles from 1978 to 2007 now on the topic of S&T policy and technology policy research literature is close to half of the amount of literatures.The statistics of literature titles’ theme by stage indicates that the basis topics of S&T policy study have some differences in different periods.In order to advance the steady development of S&T policy research in the future, the strategies of strengthening discipline construction,integrating the academic resources, grouping research entities,cultivating talents in support and so on should be considered.更多还原
