技术集成——企业自主技术创新的一个模式——“哈尔滨风华电子仪表公司”调查报告

【摘要】 产业结构调整已进入创新主导的发展过程,企业发展将由重点提高生产能力转向重点提高创新能力阶段,通过技术集成实现技术创新和产品创新进而实现产业化,这是风华电子有限公司案例的启示之一。
