从重庆长安公司看中国镁的应用技术

【摘要】 以JM5-74C变速器壳体为例介绍了汽车传动部件用镁产品的设计思路,并就镁合金的压铸工艺、生产用模具、熔融镁合金的防氧化方案、机械加工工艺、表面处理策略等问题进行了探讨。通过讨论展示了我国目前镁合金在汽车部件上的应用技术现状。
【Abstract】 In this paper,with the example of JM5-74C transmission case,design guidelines of die casting magnesium components for automobile powertrain applications are introduced. The problems of die casting process,die casting die in operation,oxidation-resistant for molten magnesium alloys,mechanical manufacture process and surface protection strategies are also described. By such discussions,current technology situation of magnesium alloys for automobile components applications in China was appeared.
