双辊薄带连铸不锈钢铸带组织特征研究

【摘要】 采用酸浸实验、常规金相实验和能谱分析实验等方法,研究了304不锈钢快速凝固铸带的低倍组织、夹杂、枝晶形貌和奥氏体晶粒及表面裂纹情况,测量了铸带的凝固速度及奥氏体晶粒度。实验表明:试样没有明显的疏松和偏析,但存在分层现象;铸带中夹杂很少而且很小;铸带的奥氏体晶粒度都约在8级以下;铸带组织中细长柱状晶区的二次枝晶间距为8~11μm,短粗柱状晶区的二次枝晶间距为11~16.8μm。相时应的凝固速度分别为7.1×10~3K/s和2.4×10~3K/s;成分的变化可能是产生裂纹的原因之一。

【Abstract】 The experiments of acid leaching, metallographic and EDX were adopted in this paper, to study the characteristics such as the impurities, secondary dendrite and austenite grain in the stainless steel cast strip. The secondary dendrite arm space and austenite grain were measured. The results showed that no microporosity and segration were fond, the impurities in cast strip were little, the grade of austenite grain was less than 8, the secondary dendrite arm space were 8~11μm and 11~16.8μm at different place, accordingly the solidification rate were 7.1×10~3K/s and 2.4×10~3K/s, and the variety of the composition could cause the cracks.
