固溶处理冷却方式对6061 Al/SiC_p复合材料中内耗峰影响的研究

【摘要】 采用喷射共沉积方法制备了6061Al/SiC_p金属基复合材料(MMC),研究了固溶处理后不同冷却制度对其阻尼性能和内耗峰的影响。结果表明:各种热处理状态试样在130~200℃范围内均出现温度内耗峰,且随测试频率增加,固溶后冷却速度加大,该峰峰巅位置向高温移动,通过Arrhenius方程测得内耗峰的激活能均高于1eV。分析认为,该内耗峰具有弛豫特性,是在热与应力的双重作用下,通过热激活,由位错拖曳点缺陷运动耗能所致。
【Abstract】 On the influence of solution heat treatment at various quencching rates on the damping capacities and the damping peaks of the 6061Al/SiC_p MMC,which was fabricated by spray-atomization and co-deposition,was studied. The results show that,all the specimens undergoing different heat treatments exist the temperature damping peak between 130℃ and 200℃. Futhermore,the damping peak shifts to higher temperature when frequency increases. By Arrhenius equation, we can get the active energy of the damping peak, which is above leV. On the other hand,the damping peak was affected remarkably by different quenching treatment,The damping peak wil shift to higher temperature as cooling speed is enhanced. The appearance of the damping peaks may be the mechanism of internal friction due to dislocations.
