【摘要】 本文介绍一种用EXCEL实现TOPSIS计算的操作方法。具体以文献的数据为例,利用EXCEL中的公式、函数、单元格填充、公式的复制等功能,简便快速地实现TOPSIS计算。综合评价的计算结果客观定量地反映了该院的实际情况,并且与用SAS软件计算的完全结果一致。证实了用EXCEL实现TOPSIS计算的可靠性和实用性,并便于普及推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article recommend a manipulation method about the TOPSIS by the EXCEL. Using the EXCEL capability of formula, function , fill in cell and formula of copy , etc, the TOPSIS is computed simply and quickly with the literature data. The results impersonally show quantitative actuality of the hospital about the integrative evaluation, according with the outcome computed by the SAS software. Credibility and utility are validated applied the EXCEL to the TOPSIS calculation, and it is easy to extend.更多还原
