【摘要】 随着基于地理信息的电子政务应用系统的推广,数据交换的重要作用越来越引起关注和探讨。在基于空间信息的电子政务应用系统中除了有海量的空间数据外,还有大量的非空间数据的存在,例如:统计数据,文本数据、多媒体数据等。本文针对GIS和其他非空间数据的数据共享与自动数据交换应用,提出了由数据传输服务、数据交换适配器和任务处理器三部份组成的数据交换系统模型;引入了XML作为空间数据的逻辑表达及中间数据标准格式,使其具有异构GIS跨平台共享数据资源及服务的能力;数据引擎模型作为GIS和其他非空间数据的事务处理中心,采用工作流管理技术定义复杂分析模型及业务流程;以及不同数据类型驱动的算法设计及实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with popularization with E_government based on GIS, the significances of Data Exchange are being attracted attention. The application systems of E_government have many data types, large GIS data and other data types such as statistic data, text data and multimedia data and so on.. The text has put forward the definition, framework,application of Data Exchange based on the data sharing and auto data exchange of GIS and other data. This application is composed of three parts :data transmission service, data exchange adapter and task processor..,and introduced XML as logic expressing and standard form of mid-data format, so it has the ability to share resource of data and service cross different platform. It makes the data engine modal as transaction processing centre of GIS, in which workflow is put forward as defining the complex data analysis modal and work control.
