磨细矿渣粉在重庆轻轨大跨倒T梁高性能混凝土中的应用

【摘要】 重庆轻轨较新线一期工程中,位于杨家坪毛线沟的大跨度倒 T 型 PC 轨道梁,由于环境条件的局限,不能采用预制轨道梁,要求进行高精度现浇混凝土施工生产,由此对混凝土提出较高的要求,如果仅采用普通混凝土则难以满足要求。所以在该工程中,利用工程常用材料,通过对原材料质量的严格控制,在胶凝材料中掺用10%~13% 的磨细矿渣粉,生产 C60高性能混凝土,该混凝土具有良好的工作性,28天混凝土的实际抗压强度为94.4MPa,1年的实际抗压强度为123.0MPa。
【Abstract】 In the first work of Jiao-Xing line in Chongqing light-rail,the Inverted T PC girder with large span located in Maoxiangou Yangjiaping,as the environmental condition limited,cannot adopt the tract girder precasted and demands concrete casted precisely requiring high properties,therefore it is very difficult for the normal concrete to sat- isfy the requirements.So in this work,by controlling seriously the quality of the raw materials,utilizing the normal construction materials and adding 10%~13% of slag powder ground in the binding materials,the C60 high perform- ance concrete can be made of which have high workability and the practical compressive strength in 28 days and 1 year are 94.4MPa and 123.OMPa respectively.
