机械合金化制备的Mg-Al-Ni系储氢合金及其性能

【摘要】 在机械合金化的过程中不断增加球料比,在24h 内制得性能较好的 Mg-Al-Ni 系储氢材料。用 P-C-T 曲线测试仪进行测试,并利用 X 射线衍射和扫描电镜对材料吸放氢前后的变化进行了表征。研究表明,Mg1.8Al0.2Ni 合金的吸氯相为 Mg2Ni 和由 Mg、Al、Ni 元素组成三元化合物。球磨26h Mg1.8Al0.2Ni 粉末试样在150℃下开始吸氩。
【Abstract】 Mg-Al-Ni alloys with good hydrogen storage properties are synthesized by mechanical alloying within 24h,during which the ball to powder weight ratio was gradually increased.The hydrogen storage properties are tested by P-C-T testing instrument,and scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction are used to characterize the change of the alloys before and after hydriding.It is found that their main phase are Mg2 Ni and a compound composed of Mg,Al and Ni.The alloys of Mg1.8Al0.2Ni synthesized by mechanical alloying for 26h began to hydriding approached 150℃.
