【Abstract】 Carbon nanotube(CNT)is one of the most promising field emitters for field emission cathode be- cause of its unique physical properties,high chemical stability and high mechanical strength.In this paper,typical fab- rication method and research status of the field emission of carbon nanotube are reviewed.Several problems about theo- ry and fabrication methods of field emitting CNT film are discussed.The solutions to further research have been pro- posed.更多还原
