【Abstract】 Eight different food raw materials have been used in this study for the air-flow expansion initiated by the imported UK-type Torbed Heating System. Among the various parameters measured, temperature and the time of heating have been regarded as the principal parameters and thus modified to determine the best selected combination of air-flow expansion processing. production, low cost of processing, and consistency of the quality of food products. These advantages of this new processing system may be useful in the development of new sources for the processing of expanded foods.更多还原
