应用旋流加热装置加工膨化食品的试验研究
The Application of Torbed Heating System to the Processing of Expanded Foods

【摘要】 应用引进的英国旋流床电加热加工试验装置,对多种膨化食品胚料进行了膨化试验,确定了最佳的气流膨化工艺参数。通过物料的加热试验和旋流床加热机理的分析,证明旋流床加热是一种高效的气流加热技术,可为膨化食品生产提供一种新的加工方法。
【Abstract】 Eight different food raw materials have been used in this study for the air-flow expansion initiated by the imported UK-type Torbed Heating System. Among the various parameters measured, temperature and the time of heating have been regarded as the principal parameters and thus modified to determine the best selected combination of air-flow expansion processing. production, low cost of processing, and consistency of the quality of food products. These advantages of this new processing system may be useful in the development of new sources for the processing of expanded foods.
