绿色环保代木包装材料的研究

【摘要】 稻壳的外表面覆盖有二氧化硅膜,使用传统的脲醛树脂(UF)和酚醛树脂胶(PF)生产的100%的稻壳板难以达到木质刨花板的质量指标。本研究采用以异氰酸酯(MDI)改性的脲醛树脂和酚醛树脂胶制造稻壳-木材复合材料。稻壳与木质刨花的混合比例为1:1,施胶量为7%,试验结果表明,3:4的MDI/UF、2:5的MDI/PF、3:4的MDI/PF制备的密度为0.80g/cm3的板材的物理力学性能分别达到国标刨花板二等品和优等品的要求,可用于制造包装箱和托盘。

【Abstract】 Rice husk is lignocellulosic in nature and has potential as supplementary raw material for panel board manufacture. It is generally understood that the use of isocyanate resin in the manufacturing of lignocellulosic composite imparts improvements in water resistance and mechanical properties of wood composite. In this work, isocyanate/urea formaldehyde,isocyanate/phenol formaldehyde resin adhesive system with different ratio were developed. Rice husk was used as supplementary raw material mixed with wood particle at 50:50 ratio for composite panel manufacture, isocyanate modified resin adhesive systems were employed at different percentage. Modulus of Rupture (MOR), Modulus of Elasticity (MOE), Internal Bond (IB) and Thickness Swelling (TS) of rice husk/wood composite were tested. The results showed the MOR, MOE, IB and TS of rice husk/wood composite bonded with 3:4 isocyanate/urea formaldehyde, 2:5 and 3:4 isocyanate/phenol formaldehyde resin system were comparable with those of wood particle board and met the Chinese National Standard For Wood Particle Board, which means the rice husk/wood composite has potential for furniture, siding and packing box.
