真空技术在食品工业中的应用
Applying Vacuum Technology in Food Industry

【摘要】 论述了真空技术及其在食品工业中的应用,通过食品单元操作中真空技术的应用特征,分析了影响产品质量的因素。对真空技术在食品工业中的发展趋势提出了看法。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the vacuum technology and its application in food industry,through the applicable character in unit operation,analyzing the influence fectors of product quality and offering the views on tread of developing vacuum technology in food industry.
