软体动物绢丝丽蚌壳体的低载低速干滑动摩擦和磨损

【摘要】 利用UMT微观摩擦学实验机研究了软体动物绢丝丽蚌壳体在低载荷(1.5N—6N)低速度条件下(0.0037-0.0449m/s)的摩擦和磨损性能,往复滑动,上试样为不锈钢球,下试样为绢丝丽蚌壳体块。利用XTJ-30型体视显微图像计算机分析系统测试磨损滑道的尺寸,计算其磨损体积,以体积磨损率表征壳体的磨损速度。使用JSM5310型扫描电子显微镜分析了绢丝丽蚌壳体磨损表面形态,探索其磨损机理。结果表明,在低载荷低速度干滑动条件下,其摩擦系数随滑动速度的增大迅速减小,法向载荷在6N以下时对摩擦系数的影响很小,当达到6N时略有增大;体积磨损率随滑动速度的增大而增大,法向载荷的影响主要表现在速度较高时,此时法向载荷增加使体积磨损率增大;绢丝丽蚌壳体的主要磨损机理为应力疲劳磨损和三体磨料磨损,并有轻微粘着磨损和擦伤现象发生。

【Abstract】 Friction and wear of the shell of the mollusc Lamprotula fibrosa Heude under low load and at low velocity were run on UMT (Universal Micro-Tribometer) tester, using reciprocating movement of a stainless steel ball on the shell of the Lamprotula fibrosa Heude. The wear rate was expressed by the worn volume measured by a stereoscopic microscope (XTJ-30). The worn surfaces of the shell were examined with scanning electron microscope (JSM5310). The coefficient of friction of the shell was rapidly decreased as the sliding velocity was increased. The normal load had some extent effect on the coefficient of friction only it was 6N. The wear rate of the shell was increased with the sliding velocity. The wear rate was affected by the normal load only at relative high sliding velocity and, at this time, the wear rate was increased with the normal load. The main wear mechanism of the shell was stress fatigue and three-body abrasion and some extent of adhesive wear and scratching phenomenon.
