排种均匀性自动检测装置的试验研究

【摘要】 采用模块化的程序设计方法,并采用PL/M高级语言研究设计了一套排种器排种均匀性的自动检测装置,对该装置的软件及硬件装置进行了验证性试验,并运用数理统计中的成对数据的(t)检验法,对试验数据进行了可行性分析,结果表明:软件设计合理,执行可靠、稳定;综合检测手段简单、检测结果比较精确,工作效率高(较人工检测),工作状态稳定,安装方便,且具有较理想的性能价格比。

【Abstract】 Basing on the theory of automatic control and combining sensor and micro-electron technology, the way to design a suit of experimental devices which inspect the symmetrical performance of the seeding automatically was introduced.The contents is :A suit of software was designed in PL/M advanced language with the method of programing,in order to inspect every functional index of metering device in working process;With the hardware inspecting system composed of MCS-51 chip microprocessor and a sensors which have different functions;the testing experiment for the hardware and for the software of inspect facility was operated,and the experimental data were analysed with T-test statistically。The experimental results suggested that the software was very reasonable and the operation was reliable and stable 。The comprehensive inspecting method was simple and the measurement were accurate with high efficiency。
