【摘要】 随着环保要求的提高,开发碱性无氰镀铜工艺的要求也越来越迫切。通过查阅大量文献,分析比较各种无氰镀铜工艺,开发出一种新的碱性无氰镀铜工艺,该工艺可以在钢铁、黄铜、锌合金和经过浸锌的铝合金上直接电镀得到结合力良好、细致、均匀、光亮、韧性好的铜镀层,适合挂镀滚镀等各种电镀工艺的需要。是氰化镀铜的良好替代物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of the toxicity of cyanide,it is important to replace the cyanide copper plating solutions with other cyanide-free plating solutions.We invent a new alkaline non-cyanide copper plating method.This bath can plate directly on steel、copper、brass、zincated aluminum、and properly prepared zinc diecastings in both rack and barrel installations.The copper deposit is fine grained、smooth、dense and ductile.And the adhesion is also good.This copper plating method is the good substitute of cyanide copper plating method.更多还原
