【摘要】 先进复合材料低成本制造技术是复合材料领域研究的重点,新的成型工艺的不断涌现开拓了复合材料的应用领域。本文主要介绍了一种新型的复合材料成型加工技术-RTM-Light,阐明了RTM-Light的工艺原理及影响RTM-Light工艺的因素及关键点,并说明了该工艺目前在各方面的应用情况及国内外的研究热点和进展。与常规RTM和真空辅助RTM(VARTM)相比,该工艺在中等规模生产、制作尺寸不大的复合材料中占有优势。作为一种新型复合材料低成本成型工艺,其应用市场潜力巨大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Low-cost manufacturing technology is an emphasis of composite industry.New molding technologies exploit the application of composite.In this article,a new composite forming technique-light resin transfer molding (RTM-Light)is presented.The influencing factors and some key points are analyzed.Its applications in different fields,researchful hotspots and actuality at home and abroad are also demonstrated.Compared with general RTM and VARTM,it has advantages of producing product not to large in middling scale factory.It has a great potential in ap- plication as one molding technology at low cost.更多还原
