苎麻增强PP复合材料薄板的拉伸性能研究

【摘要】 随着高性能天然纤维增强复合材料的研究与开发,麻类纤维增强复合材料越来越受到人们的重视。本文以PP膜作为基体材料,苎麻布作为增强体,制备出具有环境意识的苎麻增强PP复合材料。通过对板材拉伸性能进行测试以及对影响板材拉伸性能因素分析,结果表明,复合板材拉伸性能受到模压压力、模压温度、苎麻布的前处理等因素的影响。其中板材在模压温度为170℃,压力为12.5MPa时拉伸性能最优;苎麻织物经过碱处理后,其复合材料的拉伸性强度由来处理前的55MPa增加到81.63MPa,增加了48.4%;经过偶联剂KH-550及A-151分别处理后,复合材料的拉伸强度分别提高了42.3%和45.3%。

【Abstract】 Researching and developing the high performance natural fiber resin composite materials,people pay more and more attention to the bast fiber resin compound materials.This paper studies environmental conscious ram- ie fabric reinforced PP resin composite,with polypropylene membrane as matrix composites and ramie fabric as rein- forcement.Based on the tensile properties of the sheet test and the analysis on the influence factors of the tensile properties of the plate.The results show the tensile properties of the composite plate will be influenced by molding pressure,molding temperature,pre-treatment of ramie fabrics and so on.When the molding temperature for 170℃and the pressure is 12.5MPa,the tensile properties of the composite plate will be the most superior;after the ramie fabrics are treated by alkali,the tensile strength of its composite materials,which rises from 55MPa that is not dis- posed before to 81.63MPa,inereased by 48.4%;after treated separately by Silane Agents KH-550 and A-151,the tensile strength of that has been improved by 42.3% and 45.3% respectively.
