耐磨耐蚀三元复合管道的制备与应用

【摘要】 采用反应加工复合技术和反应浸债技术,研发耐磨耐蚀三元复合管道的制备工艺,概述其性能指标及其评价,并简要介绍三元复合管道在腐蚀与磨损共存工况下成功应用的实例。结果表明,三元复合管道具有优越的耐磨耐蚀性能和防磨阻垢功能,可以解决常规复合材料在复杂工况下使用的寿命短问题。
【Abstract】 The preparation technology of three-element composite piping with properties of anti-corrosion and wear-proof was developed by using reactive processing compound technology and reactive impregnation technology. The characterization and assessment for its performance was carried out, and the case of successful engineering application for the newly-developed three-element composite piping applied to interaction behavior of corrosion and wear was briefly introduced. The service results show that the three-element composite piping, which can be used to solve the short service life of conventional composite materials under complex operating conditions, has excellent properties of anti-corrosion and wear-proof as well as scaling-proof.
