玻璃钢螺纹的制造与强度

【摘要】 本文分析了玻璃钢螺纹的结构尺寸、成型方法与其强度的关系,概述了玻璃钢螺纹的应用领城。玻璃钢螺纹的破坏主要表现为螺纹牙的剪切破坏。在螺纹材料、尺寸、栽荷都相同的情况下,三角形螺蚊牙所受的剪应力最小,断裂栽荷也比梯形螺纹和矩形螺纹高。螺纹的强度首先取决于它的直径大小。模压螺检或螺母连接强度大,生产周期短,产品表面光洁,成本低。采用层压玻璃钢板加工的方法,一般只适合于连接强度要求低,使用数量不多的场合。
【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the relations between the structural size,molding process and strength of FRP thread.It introduces the application of FRP thread.The destruction of FRP thread is mostly appeared in cut stress.In the same material,dimension and load circumstance,the cut stress of the triangle thread is smallest.Its rupture load is higher than the echelon and rectan- gle.The strength of FPR thread is mostly decided to the size of diameter.The connectional strength of FRP thread by press molding is bigger,the period of production shorter,surface brighter and cost lower.The thread is suitable for the requirements of lower connectical strength and limited counts.The FRP thread will be produced with the standard and fitted for special uses.
