碳纤维加固混凝土结构用粘结材料的性能研究
STUDY ON PROPERTIES OF ADHESIVE MATERIALS USED FOR CARBON FIBER REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE

【摘要】 采用丁腈橡胶增韧改性环氧树脂,制备常温固化的加固用粘结材料。从化学反应和显微结构两个方面研究了增韧机理,确定了共混体系的制备工艺参数。通过拉伸剪切试验和拉伸试验,评定不同橡胶含量的增韧改性环氧树脂固化产物的力学性能,结合显微结构分析研究增韧改性效果。采用弯曲性能试验表征粘结材料的粘结性能,以破坏形态和最大破坏载荷值为依据,确定加固用粘结材料的最佳配方。
【Abstract】 Butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber was used to modify the toughness of epoxy resin in order to prepare adhesive materials used for reinforcing concrete structure,which can cure at room temperature.The mechanisms of rubber toughening epoxy resin were studied on the two re- spects,chemical reactions and microstructures,and the technological parameters for preparing the mixed toughening system were also determined.The mechanical properties of the cured epoxy resin products,which were modified by different addition quantities of the rubber,were deter- mined by tensile shearing tests and tensile tests.With the analyses of the microstructures the toughening effects were also evaluated.The bending experiments were used to determined adhe- sive properties of the adhesive materials.The optimal formulation of adhesive materials was deter- mined depending on the failure modes and maximum failure loads.
