【摘要】 本文研究了双马来酰亚胺／环氧树脂体系的电绝缘性能,同时对力学性能也进行了测试分析,提出了双马／环氧体系电绝缘性力学性能综合考虑的最佳配方,该配比使得介电性能中介电常数小于3,介损达到2．6‰,体积电阻率达到9．705×1016Ω·cm,表面电阻率达到8．574×1014Ω。采用DTA法得到固化制度,利用红外光谱法探讨了反应机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, we have studied on the insulating performance of the system of bismaleimide /epoxy resin, and have also tested the mechanical property. Integrating to think of the system’s insulating performance and mechanical property, we get the best prescription which can make the resin dielectric constant less than 3, dielectric loss equal to 2.6‰, volume resistance rate equal to 9.705 × 1016Ω ·cm;suface resistance rate equal to 8.574× 1014Ω.We have also used DTA and ER analysis to study the resin curing process and reaction mechanism.更多还原
