共混改性聚丙烯树脂基体熔融流变特性的研究

【摘要】 降低树脂基体熔融粘度使树脂能更好地浸渍纤维是提高热塑性复合材料性能的关键。本文通过添加加工助剂和使用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)与聚丙烯(PP)共混,研究了降低PP树脂基体熔融粘度,改善其熔体流动性能的途径。结果表明:少量(3%左右)PP加工助剂可使PP的熔体粘度明显降低;LDPE与PP共混对改善PP的熔体流动性能效果显著,共混物的熔体流动速率(MFR)均大于PP和LDPE的MFR,并于共混比 LDPF/PP为30/70时,共混物的MFR为最大。
【Abstract】 It is a key to improve properties of thenroplastic composites that melt viscosity of resin is reduced and fiber could be well impregnated with the resin. By using processing assistants of PP and blending of LDPE with PP, reduction of melt viscosity of PP was investigated in this article. It was shown if adding a small amount of processing assistants, the melt viscosity of PP could be obviously decreased and if blending LDPE with PP, the melt flow rate(MFR) of the blend is much higher than that of PP and LDPE and MFR of LDPE/PP is maximum when LDPE/PP is 30/70, which indicates that the flow properties of PP may be effectively improved by blending LDPE with PP.
