开环聚合酚醛树脂基复合材料的研究 Ⅲ.BPAALF-EGF玻璃布层压板的研制

【摘要】 以双酚A型苯并(口恶)嗪中间体(BPAALF)、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂等为基体,制得一种价格较低的玻璃布层压板(BPAALF-EGF)。本文用凝胶化时间测定、DTA、TGA等方法研究了树脂的固化行为、热分解过程和热稳定性。性能测试结果表明,固化树脂的耐热温度为187 C,层压板具有较高的耐热性和电绝缘性能, 155℃的弯曲强度为320MPa,可作为155℃下使用的耐高温结构材料和电绝缘材料。
【Abstract】 A new lower cost phenolic-basis glass-cloth laminate (BPAALF-EGF) has been prepared through comixing the epoxy resin and resol with the benzoxazine precursor made from bisphenols and ring-opening polymerization. Its curing behavior and thermal stability of cured resin were characterized by the measurment of gel time. ETA and TGA. The results show that the heat-resistant temperature index of cured resin is 187 ℃ and the flexural strength of the laminate at 155 ℃ is 320 MPa, which can be used as high temperature structural materials and electric insulating materials.
