【Abstract】 Some new concepts and emergency countermeasures about radiological attack were provided recently by NCRP, IAEA and ICRP. They were introduced in this paper in follow facts: the scenarios of radiological attack, crisis management and consequence management, emergency countermeasures, the comparison of radiological attack emergency and nuclear accident emergency.更多还原
