【摘要】 文章介绍⁶⁰Co集装箱CT检测装置结构及其性能。装置将辐射源装置和探测器固定在一环形支架上,该环形支架由轴承与支座连接,通过伺服电机驱动可以环绕被检客体旋转;被检客体采用辊子输送机平移通过环形支架内的检测通道。该装置可以对航空集装箱进行任意方向上透视检测,并可在可疑截面作CT图像。与目前的集装箱检测装置相比,提高了检测能力,且可根据图像灰度与材料密度相关特性对被检客体材料物性进行判别。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper concerns in the structure and performance of ⁶⁰Co container CT in-spection system. Radiation source and detector was fixed on a ring connected with thekickstand by large gear. The radiation source and detector can roll around object, andthe object is moved through inspected tunnel by roller conveyer. The system can do DRinspection for object from any direction and do CT inspection for air container. Inspec-tion ability of this system is higher than that of present inspection systems. Besides,this system can determine materiel substance in object based on the correlation betweengrey scale and materiel density.更多还原
